For example in english "He has two brothers" in spanish would be "Él tiene dos hermanos".

In spanish to express having a thing, having something, uses the verb "tener" wich corresponds to the verb "to have" in english. However in the case the verb to have is used to express and action then you use in spanish the verb "haber" .

In spanish you don't have to use the "it", for example: you are talking about a car and you say "it is awesome" in spanish it would be "es increíble".
